How you get on, and who checks
- Find or add your academy
Search the directory. If your gym is not there, add it in a couple of minutes.
- Verify ownership
Provide basic information to confirm you own or manage the academy. Our team reviews it and gets back to you. Pending: typical review time for a claim.
- Run the room
Once approved, set up your schedule and curriculum, invite coaches and students. Your listing shows a verified badge.
What it costs, in one paragraph
$0, forever. Every feature, every coach, every student. No tiers, no per-member fees, no credit card, no trial clock, no sales call. New features ship to everyone. The pricing page says this in the same words; read it here.
What is not here yet
Member billing and SMS. Both are built, and the lead pipeline is already in the owner workspace, but payments are not switched on. Pending: when member billing and SMS switch on. The payments code is built, but the production API answered "Payments not activated" on 2026-11-01; SMS sends only once Twilio is configured; the lead pipeline is in the owner workspace today.

Can multiple coaches use it at one gym?
Yes. Unlimited coaches at each gym. Each coach has their own login and manages their assigned classes.
How do I track student progress toward promotion?
The curriculum system lets you define requirements for each belt. As students complete techniques, progress is tracked.
Can I share lesson plans with other coaches?
Yes. Lesson plans can be shared within your gym, exported, or kept private.
Does it work for kids programs?
Yes. Separate curricula for kids, teens and adults with age-appropriate requirements.
How do students check in?
From the app on their phone. A coach can also check a group into one of the day's classes from the coach dashboard.
Does it use QR codes or face recognition?
Not any more. QR and face check-in ran through a kiosk that was retired in August 2026. Check-in is from the student's phone or by a coach.
Can I track drop-ins and visitors?
Yes. A guest check-in flow tracks drop-in visits separately from members.
Does it work with multiple locations?
Yes. Unlimited locations from one account, each with its own schedules, classes and reports.
