Lachlan Giles is an Australian Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, physiotherapist, and coach who gained worldwide recognition for his incredible ADCC 2019 performance. Competing at middleweight, Lachlan submitted three consecutive larger opponents with heel hooks in the absolute division, cementing his legacy.
As a trained physiotherapist, Lachlan brings a scientific approach to understanding body mechanics and injury prevention in BJJ. His coaching at Absolute MMA in Melbourne, Australia has produced multiple high-level competitors and helped develop Craig Jones, among others.
