Gordon Ryan is an American submission grappler widely considered the greatest no-gi competitor in history. Born in New Jersey in 1995, Gordon rose to prominence under the coaching of John Danaher and has dominated the competitive grappling world unlike any athlete before him.
Gordon's accolades include multiple ADCC World Championships across weight classes, becoming the first person to hold ADCC titles in multiple weight categories simultaneously. His technical precision, physical attributes, and mental fortitude have made him nearly unbeatable in competition.
Known for his confident personality and social media presence, Gordon is as famous for his trash talk as he is for his submissions. His guard passing, back takes, and submission sequences are studied by grapplers worldwide.
